About Us
Harding Health Foods (originally Harding Mall Health Foods) has been in business over 35 years. We moved to our present location at 4649 Nolensville Road in 2005 when Harding Mall was scheduled to be torn to make room for a Walmart.
We carry a complete line of supplements, books, some pre-packaged food items, skin care products and weight loss and body building products. Customers can choose from many different brands of top quality products from long established companies. We specialize in customer service and will do whatever we can to assist our customers, including special ordering products whenever possible.
The store offers other services on occasion, including product demos, lectures and presentations. Check out our website often to keep updated on upcoming events. We also have a massage therapist to assist you by appointment only.
Our store hours are Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
